R53 High Flow Charge Pipe
The OE R53 charge pipe is notoriously restrictive, with a small internal diameter and abrupt transitions that hinder airflow. This charge pipe addresses these shortcomings, delivering smoother, more efficient airflow into the supercharger inlet. This results in not only a measurable increase in performance, but also enhances the intake noise/supercharger whine.
Performance
The high flow charge pipe has dyno proven gains vs the OE charge pipe. In our testing, the high flow charge pipe nets an increase in the power and torque curves throughout the whole rev range. Increasing the peak power figure by 3.7BHP. This is without tuning the car, a larger increase in performance would be expected when tuning.
Compatibility
This charge pipe is only compatible with R53 (2002-2006) and R52 (2004-2008) models, with a manual transmission and a supercharged W11 engine. This charge pipe will not fit cars with an automatic transmission. Fitment may be more challenging on cars fitted with a thicker aftermarket radiator or front-mount intercooler. For these applications additional compensating plates may be required, these are available for purchase separately. A tune is not required after installation, however it is recommended to extract the maximum amount of performance from the charge pipe.
High Quality Materials
This charge pipe is constructed from carbon fibre–infused Nylon 12, a material chosen for its exceptional strength, resistance to chemicals and high temperature resistance (rated up to 176°C). All the supplied hardware is made from stainless steel, making it resistant to corrosion. Every kit includes a high quality Victor Reinz supercharger seal (70-34938-00) to ensure the charge pipe has a good seal up against the supercharger inlet.

Warranty
The charge pipe is covered against damage during transit, as well as defects and failures for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation. Instructions for proper installation will be provided.
