Adjustable Timing Strut / Beam Breaker for MSUK Hillclimb & Sprint Events


This adjustable timing strut is designed for use in MSUK-compliant Hillclimb and Sprint events in the UK. Fully compliant with NCR 11.1, it offers versatility and adjustability to suit a wide range of vehicles.


Key Features

  • Height Adjustable:Features 14 adjustment positions over a 140mm range, allowing precise setup for different vehicle heights. This allows for mounting positions between 240mm and 400mm from the ground.

  • Tilt Adjustment:The mounting bracket provides 30° of tilt adjustment, enabling accurate alignment on uneven or sloped mounting surfaces.

  • Versatile Mounting:The bracket includes a 90° bend, allowing it to be mounted to either the front or the side of surfaces on the front bumper.

  • Clean design:A cover plate conceals unused adjustment holes, eliminating the need for tape and ensuring a tidy, regulation-compliant finish.


Construction & Finish

  • Material: Laser-cut 1.5mm thick aluminium — lightweight, rust-proof, and durable.

  • Weight: Only 154g, including all supplied mounting hardware.

  • Finish: Matte black painted strut with anodised black hardware for a compliant appearance.

  • Mounting: Holes sized for M6 bolts. (Please note: Bracket to Vehicle mounting hardware is not included)
